A new procedure has been established for Bus Notes to Keeseville Elementary School for Cub Scout Meetings. A single bus note can now be submitted for the school year, worded similarly to the examples in the "Bus Note - Keeseville Elementary" attachment below. The school will receive a calendar each month with the after-school den meeting schedule and a list of registered Scouts. Boys will be sent home with reminder slips from their Den Leader with the upcoming Den meeting schedule every few weeks.
IMPORTANT: Parents who pick their boys up after Den Meetings are required to sign them out in the school office. Please help us follow the school's established procedures so that we can continue to utilize the school building for our meetings.
